Join us for this yearly neighborhood picnic on Saturday, August 2nd at 4:00, at the five-points of 58th and Guilford. The picnic is a great opportunity to catch up with neighbors, meet new neighbors and simply have an AWESOME time in your neighborhood. Kids are guaranteed a great time and well . . . so are the adults (there will be a nice watering spot where many conversations are sure to happen).
Please bring a dessert to share. All other food, drinks, games and entertainment will be provided. The rain date will be Sunday, August 3rd from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. THIS PICNIC IS FOR ALL NEIGHBORS OF FOREST HILLS!!! It's not just for neighbors who already know each other or for neighbors that have children, the event is for everyone! So plan to be around on Saturday August 4th, get out of the house, come to the picnic, get to know your neighbors and have a fantastic time.
If you are interested in helping out with this event, for example setting the event up or tearing it down, please contact Dan Neal at firstname.lastname@example.org; the work isn't hard, it's simply that the event takes quite a bit of people to set up and tear down. If you can spare an hour or so on Saturday to help, it would be greatly appreciated!
Let's make this the best Picnic yet, and that may be hard to do since we have had some pretty great picnics in the past!!
