Join us for this yearly neighborhood picnic on Saturday, August 9nd at 4:00, at the five-points of 58th and Guilford. The picnic is a great opportunity to catch up with neighbors, meet new neighbors and simply have an AWESOME time in your neighborhood. Kids are guaranteed a great time and well . . . so are the adults (there will be a nice watering spot where many conversations are sure to happen).
Odd numbered houses bring a dessert to share, even numbered houses bring vegies, salad or fruit to share. Burgers and dogs, drinks, games and entertainment will be provided. The rain date will be Sunday, August 10rd from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. THIS PICNIC IS FOR ALL NEIGHBORS OF FOREST HILLS!!! It's not just for neighbors who already know each other or for neighbors that have children, the event is for everyone! So plan to be around on Saturday August 9th, get out of the house, come to the picnic, get to know your neighbors and have a fantastic time.
If you are interested in helping out with this event, for example setting the event up or tearing it down, please contact Dan Neal at email@example.com; the work isn't hard, it's simply that the event takes quite a bit of people to set up and tear down. If you can spare an hour or so on Saturday to help, it would be greatly appreciated!
Let's make this the best Picnic yet, and that may be hard to do since we have had some pretty great picnics in the past!!
