I am thinking of getting the stucco on my house painted this year.  Does anyone know of a stucco painter that does a good job and charges a reasonable price?  Thank  you in advance!!

We like John Schmitz of Duck Brothers Painting. (317) 726-1453 or (317) 989-4719.

Thank you!  I'll give him a call.  Found a couple others on Angies List.  Will post comments/quotes/etc after the job is done.  Thanks!

I spoke with John Schmitz and he said I needed to get someone to repair the stucco before he could paint.  I went to angie's list and found Jim Spears, who when we spoke initially, who said he'd repair and paint it for about the same price John Schmitz quoted me for painting it.

I decided to go with Jim Spears because I could get it all done at once.  I thought he did a fine job - had two young guys that came out and did the work (I guess my neighbor saw them horsing around a bit throwing plaster at each other and got back to work immediately when she made her presence known).  After Jim's people finished the house he let me know that I should wait a few days and then I can paint it.... It turns out he doesn't paint stucco - only repairs.  He gave me 100$ off for the miscommunication which I thought was nice, but I don't know if I over-paid for the work as a result.  Jim Spears also gave me the contact information for a painter he uses a lot with his jobs... I don't remember his name now, but he quoted me double what John Schmitz did for the same or less work.

I went with Duck Brothers for painting the stucco and am very pleased with the job they did and the price they did it at!  The guy that did the painting was a very nice hispanic man who was was very fast and meticulous and I think he did an excellent job and !  I would definitely recommend Duck Brothers Painting!!
